What is air-pole roof cleaning?+
It uses controlled compressed air through a long telescopic pole to lift moss, lichen and debris off your roof, working from ground level or a ladder so nobody walks on the tiles.
Do you ever use water or pressure?+
Air is our main roof method, but we will pressure wash or softwash where and when it is needed, for example on driveways, patios or stubborn staining. Your written quote will say so.
How long do the results last?+
It depends on tree cover, which way the roof faces and exposure. A biocide treatment after cleaning helps slow regrowth.
How much does a roof clean cost?+
Pricing depends on roof size, shape, access and condition. We give free written quotes; our cost guide explains the factors.
Do you clean the gutters too?+
Yes. We clear moss from the gutters after a roof clean, and gutter cleaning can also be booked on its own.
What areas do you cover?+
